Heading Numbering

Heading numbering doesn't work…. Explains what to do about it.

Heading numbering may not work when generating HTML if you use auto numbered styles. However you can fix this as follows.

To automatically fix auto numbered headings in all projects, change EASYHH.INI:

[General Settings] FixHeadingNumbering=yes

To automatically fix auto numbered headings a single project, change EASYHH.INI:

[Project YourProj] FixHeadingNumbering=yes

To automatically fix auto numbered headings in a single document, change the document details file:

[Document Options] FixHeadingNumbering=yes

Note. Numbered headings not normally recommended when producing online information because the numbers tend to confuse the readers. If you must use them, make sure you have set the option in EASYHH.INI
